Kristin has been with MCP since the very first day, May 11, 2009. As the Clinic Administrator, her role includes everything from policy and program development, office and staff management, daily accounting, patient relations and even a little party planning. Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McPherson College in Kansas. Prior to MCP, Kristin supervised a rehabilitative program for adults with mental illness for five years.
Revenue Cycle Director
Natalie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She started at MCP in an administrative assistant position, but her background in mental health billing, strong attention to detail and organizational skills made the perfect fit to lead our in-house billing team. She is currently researching graduate programs and looks forward to becoming a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Administrative Assistant/ MCP Billing Team
Alexis joined the MCP staff as in intern in June of 2017. In August of 2017, she was hired as an administrative assistant. She is currently an integral part of the billing team at MCP.
Alexis graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelors in Health Care Administration. Alexis hopes to continue working in mental health or dental health administration and eventually go back to school for a masters degree in Health Care Administration.
Administrative Assistant/DBT Assessment Coordinator
Karissa joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in February, 2017. She is currently the DBT assessment coordinator where she uses her organizational and customer service skills to keep our Dialectical Behavior Therapy program thriving while helping clients get matched with therapists and skills groups.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music. She hopes to return to school in the near future to pursue a graduate degree in music therapy, career counseling, or the healthcare field.
Front Desk Lead/ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner
Jayna joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in May, 2017 and her leadership led to her taking on the role of Front Desk Lead in 2019. She is also a mental health practitioner in our ARMHS program where she meets with clients in their home and the community to teach skills for improved mental health and independent living.
She is currently enrolled in a master’s program in counseling and psychological services at St Mary’s University in Minneapolis.
Administrative Assistant/Mental Health Biller
Kayla joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in November of 2017. Kayla moved into an administrative position in 2018 and is currently working in both the admin and billing teams.
She graduated with a bachelor’s in Health Services Management from the University of Minnesota: Twin Cities. In the future, she plans to attend grad school in hopes of obtaining her Master’s of Healthcare Administration (MHA).
Angela joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in December 2017. Angela is currently working on her second biology degree, this one in Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation Biology with an ornithology emphasis and a minor in Environmental Law and Policy through Oregon State University’s Online Degree Program. After graduation she hopes to work in endangered species conservation and critical habitat restoration.
Erin joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in May, 2018. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a degree in Psychology. She is currently in graduate school at the University of Minnesota.
Maria joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in August 2018. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. After graduation she hopes to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Annie joined the MCP staff as a front desk receptionist in July 2019. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She hopes to return to school in the future to pursue a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology.
Ciera joined the front staff in August of 2019. She is currently in a social work bachelor’s program at North Central University in Minneapolis. She is considering a future in the mental health field.
