Deepening Your Mindfulness Practice
Join us for a morning of learning mindfulness practices that will help to grow your heart and strengthen compassion towards yourself and others.
This class/retreat will have a focus on self-compassion.
We will be teaching many practices developed by Kristen Neff.
Self-compassion is linked to: resilience, improved coping, increase self-worth, increased motivation, better physical health, healthy body image and healthy relationships with others.
Note: This class is recommended for those who have some prior experience with mindfulness as it presents more advanced practices.
