Hayley Knapp, Psy.D, L.P.

Licensed Psychologist

“My approach to therapy is to help people make sense of their experiences by listening, finding patterns, and connecting dots. The issues that bring us to therapy can often be connected to previous events or long-standing themes, and my job as a therapist is to help people understand themselves in the context of their environment, relationships, and experiences. My approach is warm, authentic, and rooted in the belief that each one of us deserves to tell our own story.

I have experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health. While I only work with individuals, I provide support through relationship changes and life transitions, including divorce, moving to college, becoming an empty nester, becoming a new parent, and improving or healing from existing parent/child dynamics for adults.”
