While trained in numerous therapeutic approaches, I take a Holistic approach to addressing any issue/problem/hardship that you may feel challenged by, which could be summarized by saying that I do not believe in “cookie cutter” therapy. The Holistic approach focuses on ALL the components that work together in your life. When one component is off, the balance is thrown off. As humans, we are all as unique as our fingerprints, which basically means that you are a one-of-a-kind, unique person walking planet earth, and your therapeutic plan and the approaches I use should be as unique as you are.”
