“Are you navigating a big life change or feeling weighed down by the everyday stress of trying to keep it all together? To the outside world, you might look calm and composed, but inside, it feels like a constant tug-of-war between responsibilities, expectations, and your own well-being. Whether you're stepping into a new chapter or managing the demands of your current one, I’m here to help you make sense of the chaos and find balance.

In our work together, we’ll explore ways to manage stress, build resilience, and create a sense of purpose during transitions. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, offering you a safe space to process emotions, find clarity, and gain tools to tackle life’s challenges.

My specialties include managing stress during life transitions, anxiety, relationship concerns, burnout, and self-discovery. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs and goals.

Life is full of twists and turns, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Let’s work together to create meaningful change and help you feel empowered in your journey.”
